Arboricultural Impact Assessments

We provide tree surveys and report services in accordance with BS5837:2012, Trees in Relation to Design, Demolition and Construction. Under this guidance, if a tree is on or adjacent to a development site, a tree survey and report is required to attain planning consent.

Our consultants work closely with clients to guide them through every stage in the planning process that relates to arboriculture issues. Before submitting an initial tree survey, we liaise with developers and architects to ensure that the proposed development will attain planning permission, and when necessary we will provide expert advice on any special construction procedures and mitigation measures. After the submission of the report we will ensure that our experts are always on hand to guide the client through the planning permission process.
